Inverter Install with Exterior and Interior Remote Outlets
So I installed my 1500/3000 Watt inverter in my Jeep today. I use to have a 400 watt simple inverter in my center console. Now I have the 1500 Watt inverter under my passenger seat. I modified it to have remote outlets. Have a outlet mounted to the exterior of the jeep next to my rear lights. Another remote outlet is inside my center console. This has one 120vac outlet and 2 USB Charger ports. The inverter is turned on and off with the third button that looks like a outlet on my overhead console. I LOVE IT! Has plenty of power to run any power tool, electric grill even a refrigerator ext.

Nice work! I've got a similar inverter I want to add to my second deep cycle battery.
The inverter specifically says not to mount it under seats but they're probably saying that for "normal" car seats not for Jeep seats. Are you having any issues with heat dissipation? Did you mount it to the floor under the seat or to the seat itself?
Thanks,
Joel
