Default Introducing "Old Black Betty" my 2012 "JK-LIVIN" edition Unlimited Rubicon Build-UP.

Hi Everyone,

I have been real busy this winter/spring raising my first kid, and building this new rigg. In-between diaper changes and work, I have been able to get a few things modified. The list is below and pics to follow. I am already planning stage 4, either blacking out the wheels, or selling them and getting some new black ones. Replacing my home-built D.O.M. tube steps for some beefy rock sliders. Possibly a Rigid 50" E-Series Light Bar. I haven't decided whether I will replace the Rubicon Stickers or not yet, but I do have a cool idea for a stripe. It's been a lot of work, but I am loving the new rigg over the 09! The power of the Penstar feels like the 3.8 turbo charged! Let me know what you think.

Looks great! Are you running the 37" spare on the tailgate? Seems like a lot of cash went into the rig without a tire carrier.

Sweet looking ride.

Now for some added lighting.....hmmmmm.

Floods in front & rear, and led's on the frame rails underneath.

What goes great with Black.....Purple.....or Black lights...or a
nice red glow from the under carriage.

All in All, a very respectable Rig.

Good Job.

p.s.; my bad i just noticed the LED bar in the front......
& the floods on top of the tail lights.
Sweet. That had to cost you a few pretty pennies.

Thanks BoneShkr and AFPilot82

Yes that is a 37" tire on my stock carrier. It is the exact same 37" spare tire and exact same 17"x 9" wheel that lived on the back of my 09 for 3 years and I never had any issues with it. I might get an AEV carrier and add it to the stock rear bumper one day, but for right now it's just fine.

You're one lucky SOB to have a 37 on there with no issues. I would think that would be a ticking timebomb. Again, good looking rig!
