Default Interior floor bedliner project

One of our customers asked us to have his interior sprayed with bedliner material.

looks awesome! it would be nice to hide the electrical wires more but I am not sure that is possible when you have no floor.

Default Does it get hot?

I won't weigh in on the look that is strickly a matter of preference but I do question if there is excessive heat?

I would be more worried on an increase in road noise? Anyone know?

Nope. It reflects heat as well as the carpet.
In sunlight, it doesn't get scorching like plastic bedliners do. Something about the polymer doesn't transfer heat (or maybe the UV coat reflects infrared as well?). I didn't notice it until my wife asked me how I was standing barefoot in the back one day in direct sunlight.

Question Re: to spray in

How and where did you conceal the wires that run to the back of the jeep? I want to have this done but I am concerned about the wiring and the heat sheild that is in the floor boards. Did you remove them or spray over them?

What do you guys do about the glue stuff on the floor. Mine has in at the foot areas in fornt of the front seats and in the rear cargo area as well. You sand it flat?
