Installed Teraflex leveling kit today.
So I picked up a Teraflex leveling kit from Quadratec yesterday and was trying to figure out how am I going to install this with the wife not finding out.( I know I'm not the only one with this problem) So today the wife tells me she's going to her mothers. Perfect, now I can install the kit. She leaves ,I figure I have 3 hours max before she comes home. I bang this kit out in my driveway in 2 hours by myself. The wife comes home an hour after I finish and doesn't notice. We go out to dinner a few hours later and as she's getting in she said to me " Did you lift this" Of course I say no. The moral of this story is, this kit is easy to install in your driveway with hand tools in a few hours and the wife won't even know it was done.

Nice!
I did pretty much the same thing when I put my lift on but the wife was outside when I got home and she immediately asked "Did you lift that?"
BUSTED!
It's all good though becuase I just reminded her about the Movado watch I had just bought her and how much cheaper this lift was than the watch. It's all good! She said then "I guess this is what I got you for Valentines Day" as this was about a week before that.

Funny stories! I guess I am lucky, where the Jeep is concerned she just says "do what you want, I just want you to be happy". She knows the Jeep is my baby. Of course she did have a couple requests when I went from my '10 to a '12. She begged for power windows and heated seats. Personally I didn't want either but the jeep has a soft top and soft doors most of the time so power windows are sorta moot but the heated seats I must admit are nice and she was right on them. She also insisted on a 2 door and a manual.....she would not consider an automatic in a Jeep or any other fun/sporty vehicle. And on those two points we both agree, keep it short and manual. Man, I have a great wife!

I've done that before too. I told her you can't put on one new tire, you have to replace all 4.
