Installed Rugged Ridge XHD and Superwinch EPi 9.0
Got the new bumper and winch installed. Overall, not a bad process. I'm very happy with the results. I had to stray from the basic instructions a few times to make everything fit. Here are a few of those times for those thinking of the same combo:
Decided to use the spacer/plate that was on the original bumper to give the mounting a little more rigidity and in hope of not having to use a deep well socket to tighten the nuts. Unfortunately, I still had to come up with a deep well 19mm socket.
Attachment 22084
Placing the winch in, I found that I would have to cut some of the frame horn where the bumper mounts so that the winch would clear.
Attachment 22087
Once the winch was in, I found that the cable was rubbing on the bumper edge of the opening leading to the roller fairlead. I had to do some more cutting to avoid excessive cable wear.
After enlarging the opening, there was no more rubbing problem.
All in all. I like the way it turned out.

Your lucky, I have the same bumper and winch and had to drill 4 new holes for my winch. Had to shift it to the passenger side about 3/4" to get it to clear properly, but o issue with the failead though.
Looks Awesome, and I should know, I have the same!!!!!!!!!

Looks better in person
I will admit that I was not a fan of this bumper from the pictures I have seen. However, I just saw his setup in person and it looks tough. I like it a lot. This is a quality, good looking bumper and looks great with the Superwinch setup. Now I have to go back and rethink my bumper selection (was sure I was going to get the LoD midwidth). Pics never do anything justice whether it is on the trail or mods.
