I made my Tire Carrier a One-Swing Motion with the tailgate
Only took forever but heres the setup, single swing action with the carrier and tail gate. Some of the pictures may be kind of hard to get cause of the perspective but its the best I could do. I left the primer for the pictures so its easier to understand what I was working with.
From the side
How I designed the bracket on the tail gate
From above
Shows how I utilized the factory tire carrier bolts for the bracket
The bracket on the carrrier
If you have any questions let me know

Looks great. Almost pulled the trigger on the Rugged Ridge Tire Carrier Linkage Kit (http://www.quadratec.com/products/13008_1024.htm).

to complete the back of your JK you need a Transformers decal in the center of the bumper, the rear end looks like it's transforming into something crazy.
But it's very cool
