The drunk guy that hit me had state farm.. yea they suck... I had to call them several times....... but the cool thing is the guy at NV auto is a state farm listed repair.... he said what he would replace.. the adjuster said no to those items till I told them the guy said he would rapalce at the shop... then adjuster gave me the items..... so he seems pretty fair..... like my tow hitch.. scratched.... he wanted to replace rather than refinish.... Adjuster agreed
Might be worth a look.......

Shop told me the front of the frame has a "diamond" in it. Now I have to wait for USAA to choose whether to total or fix it.
I want it fixed because it would be hard to turn around and find another used Rubi with the money I would probably get and might get some extra $$$ with dimenished value to buy other goodies
But on the other hand totalling it allows me to not worry about it never driving the same or having the bad carfax. So waiting on the call from USAA this week

USAA determined it totaled. Called me to let me know there going to give me a solid $24,600. WTF.
So I was driving an 07 Unlimited Rubicon with lift and wheels with under 50k miles and I get enough money to just afford a used X model. A lift and wheels with only 500 miles on them. Told them to pound sand and not to touch my vehicle as I will not be signing it over to them unless they adjust that price to ad least hit blue book.
USAA is on my shit list for sure.

Just tell them that your neck and back started to hurt due to the accident and then they will jump to your command and fix what there customer broke. Sounds good any ways. Hope every thing goes well.
