Yeah, in AZ you can get a license plate if you have a title. As far as being street legal you need headlights, tailights/brake lights, a horn and some sort of rear view mirror to be technically street legal. My monster cart had a Raptor 660 motor in it whcih put out over 60hp. My cart was still relatively light (even with the Bogger tires) so I could keep up in traffic. Though it really wasn't used for driving to the grocery store.

I had a few guys PM me for more pics of the monster cart so I thought I would post some here for everyone...

With a cart like that, I can't wait to see what the Jeep is going to look like!

Keep an eye on the 4 corners section for some monthly trails runs with the Phoenix area JK's.
