Default Hunting with your Jeep pics

So I was taking my daughter to Cheerleading practice when a baby buck decided it would be a good idea to play. He ran right out in front of me (sun was in my eyes as well). It was a solid hit which broke 3 out of 4 legs and and probably broke his hips.

Yes we are ok. As far as the meat goes, the tow truck driver took it. Hopefully I can get some payback once rifle season opens up.

I got an estimate (just a bit shy of $2,400) and sent the Jeep to the shop. Good thing for insurance, despite I still have to pay my $500 deductible for the comprehensive claim.

Check with your insurance. I've heard of some people not having to pay deductables for "an act of god" or similar situation as hitting an animal. Worth a shot. My dad hit a dear once and didn't have to pay his deductable. If you don't have to pay you can send me some of that 500 lol.

Glad you guys are ok...sucks for bambi. but umm, why did the JKU need towed? Looked like just cosmetic damage.
