Default How does the BB kit do offroad?

So Im totally new to the jeep scene. I was curious if the budget boost is any good for light off roading? And also, how would it look on stock sahara wheels and tires? Any opinions, pictures would definitely be appreciated!!!

I only ever had BBs on my TJs. I don't have pics with stock wheels, but here are 32" and 33", respectively. IMO, I think it's fine for light offroad.

I have a Teraflex 2.5 budget boost on my 2007 X. I have done some mild to moderate off roading with no problems what so ever. My brother-in-law has the same thing with stock Sahara wheels, looks great and same with the offroading. Sorry no pictures

I have a Rusty's 2" BB with stock tires which I hope to change soon. I have had no problems doing mild off-road adventures.

The limitations of a BB kit will be the factory springs and how complete it is. Take a look at TeraFlex BB kits in the catalog link in my sig. If you have any questions please call.

I run the Teraflex 2.5 inch with the front coils and all four shocks....

Check my signature...I've hit some very serious trails, 8 out of 10 on our scale here in colorado.....Zero problems (once teraflex sent the missing parts and the longer sway bar links). The BB set up could hang with anyone!
On daily driving duty...its a bit flighty...but nothing too bad. A new front trackbar and adjustable control arms are valuable for this reason.

They have geniuses working there, and the reps on the forums can't be matched for their customer service...but they have hired blind donkeys to pack the boxes out there.....LOL.

Anyway, get the coil 2.5 inch kit and wheel the hell out of it.....

Does that help?

To get the full benefit of the BB be sure to put new shocks to match the lift or shock extensions. O'yeah don't forget sway bar disco's. Tera Flex in disco would be my choice.
