Washing the Jeep is Theropy. Leave me alone with the exception of bringing me something to drink once in awhile. When I'm done, it's my turn to get all cleaned up. Then the wife & I take off to Dunch in my shinny new Jeep.

I use diluted vinegar and water w/ the coffee filters and it works great.

Bug and tar remover where needed for the bugs and sticky stuff, non acidic wheel & tire cleaner, a wash with whatever auto soap I have, thenI like to use the eagle one "wax as you dry" spray to wax it. You just spray it on and dry with a chamois, I think it works pretty well. I have ben using 303 on the top and plastic... It seems to work well. My jeep will be a year old in a few weeks, it still looks new so I guess I am doing something right.
I would love it if there were some serious threads about detailing, it its good to hear what others are doing to keep their jeeps looking nice. Not every jeeper wants a filthy ride that gets muddy from bad ass wheeling and clean by the rain and water they drive through
