Yes I did offset the brace to center the tire, I guess I could have centered it.

Looks great, I'm really impressed and looking to build my own bumper.

Odd question though for anyone that can answer. Where do you get the cover for the stock tag location? I've seen it in kits but I hope to only need the cover for the whole and place my tag similar to yours.

You can get it at any Jeep dealer - it is part number 55397112AA.

The bumper looks great John!
