What did you use to get your edges so smooth? Grinder or sander? What grit wheel/paper?

I started with a grinding wheel, then moved to a 80 grit flap disk and then finalized it all with a 120 grit flap disk. You definitely have to take your time so you don't grind to deep.

Just to update this thread since the bumper wasn't quite complete, I decided to go ahead and add the much need support plates for the front hoop. I was thinking of adding tube but I am glad I decided on the plate with speed holes instead. Bumper is now complete until I get a winch!
