I do have the measurements, actually.

Cut the top piece of steel first and the measurements are as follows:
45 1/2" (remember to compensate 1/4" on both sides for the 1/4" plate)total width at the back and 37 1/2" at the front before it angles to the rear. Then you just connect the angles. The angles are as follows: 3" from the front, 5", and then 2". The front of the bumper is 6", the top is 9", the bottom is 4" (from the front, following the same angles as the top), and the end piece on the side angle is 2"x2". Use that 4" plate on the bottom, top plate and 2"x2" end piece as a template to fill in all of your side pieces. I hope this makes since.

that looks so awesome, is that powdercoated? you should have done that brushed aluminum look, where it looks like etched spirals all over the bumper. still looks awesome!

I wish i could make my own stuff like that.
I used Rustoleum truck bed liner in a spray can to match my Smittybuilt XRC rear bumper that has a textured powdercoating.

To be more like the Redrock bumper, I am thinking of adding 2 kicker side tubes to the stinger. They will attach to the mini-stinger and be welded to the rear corner of the bumper. Here is what it would look like from the front using microsoft paint....What do you guys think?
