After looking around at all of the bumpers on the market, I couldn't find one that was exactly what I wanted. I liked the Red Rock Pre-Runner bumper but the bumper was a little to long and, as you know, are no longer selling their bumpers. I decided to build one exactly to what I wanted and save some $$$ at the same time. I ordered some shackle mounts, bought some 1/4" - 9" flat bar, 6" flat bar, 5" flat bar and 2" flat bar and started piecing it together.
Everything tacked:

Welded, fog light holes and smooth edges.

Here it is after the test fit on the Jeep:

I added some tube work and wasn't sure how I wanted to do the side tubes so I finished it like this and will add on what I decide to do later:

That looks awesome man! Once again I wish I had talents in welding and metalwork. On a another note I notice your signals are tinted quite dark, how is visibility when tinted that heavily? I tinted mine, though not as dark as you and would like to darken a bit if it will not over dampen visibility.

Very good looking bumper man, I'm considering doing a rear bumper, but have too many irons in the fire for now.
I could be wrong but I think the signal and side markers are smokie greay replacements, not tinted originals.
