Thanks everyone!

I took the net for sewing today. Hopefully by the end of the week I'll have pictures of the finished product. Depending on the quality of the end product I'm thinking about start selling them locally (don't worry guys, I won't try to setup shop in here )

That turned out really nice. I think I may have to try this myself.

So would you suggest the sewing or grommets if you're looking for stronger durability?

Actually I would suggest both. The grommets will hold but it will look unfinished and not too strong. The sewing is the final touch. Also, grommets work to attach bungee and para cord for cargo.
