My '07 Rubicon Unlimited doesn't have a skid for the evaporator canister, it's just hanging there exposed.

I have a '12 and a friend has an '11.
I curious to know how it was mounted....did you
put tabs on it to mount to the frame? or is it
mounted to the underside of the body-tub....

I used the same mounting points as the canister mount but I have tabs coming off of the skid. The front tab is actually boxed in and thats why there are the two holes in the front of the skid, so I can get a socket in there to unbolt it. I made the holes a little too big, but live and learn. The rear tab is an L-shaped bracket and it is reinforced so there is no side to side movement. It's all coated in Rhinoliner, which seems to be holding up pretty well and the other holes you see in the bottom are just for draining.. I have some pictures of the top end of the skid somewhere, I'll see if I can dig them up.
