I'm 26. Only help I got was from my cousin who can fabricate he built my bumpers and stuff. But I paid for everything. Jeep was a salvage had a front end collision but didn't matter to me fenders were bad and grill and front axle no frame or motor damage. Took a long time to get this way it wasn't nothing over night. I get a lot of parts at cost also so that helps.

How much did the jeep cost being it was a salvage? And good idea lol

Got her for $10,000 in 2008 I believe it was jeep is a 2007 rubicon had 8,000 miles. It was a good but I think for the damage being as everything I had to replace damaged on the jeep I swapped for after market upgrades anyway.

You gotta remember these high schoolers are probably living at home or payin next to nothing rent livin with roommates. These jeeps could be possible if all their money earned is expendable and put towards jeepin. Good stuff though. Im jealous!

Hey when I was in high school I had a old CJ-7 I put all my money in. It was nice as hell at one point. Then the mud bogs came and I got a truck to drive everyday instead of my CJ and I destroyed it. Before long it was huge and mud stained.
