I also went offshore yesterday we caught 20 redsnapper but it's out of season so we had to throw back 2 Bonita 10 + small dorado we kept a few a huge black tip which we caught when we had a snapper on the line and he came and ate it almost broke the rod and 2 nice amber jacks a few small jack crevelle and my buddy speared a trigger fish

Don't fuck with them jack crevelle it has a nick name jack from hell I work at a marina I see all that stuff every day bud hahah

Really I thought they were trash fish?? We were free diving near a dive boat and a guy on there speared a huge one

That's how u break an arm they had a 12 year on shoot one with a bow and it stripped the gears on the reel and nearly pulled the kids shoulder out of socket

Thanks for the new knowledge... I'm big inshore and kayak fishing but go offshore a few times a year on a friends boat

This is a charter and there are 13 yellow fin 1 of them was 117 pounds and 70 pound grouper

Damn that's alot of fish how far out were they?

We only went 40
Our snapper season is over and was only 12 days
