Hemi conversion in details
Yes it is now time for full conversion of both red and black JK's to 6.1. I have the following on order from Burnsville/Dan
1 6.1 Hemi crate motor 9,500.00
1 new 545rfe transmission 2,730.00
computer 850.00
wiring 1,300.00
radiator 800.00
engine accessories 2,700.00
motor mounts 300.00
tranny mount 45.00
steering shaft bracket 25.00
radiator hoses 80.00
power steering hose 85.00
air filter assembly 100.00
transmission cooler 89.00
parts off road motor accessory bolts 65.00
Total $18,669.00 for ONE kit (I'm paying $37,338) plus customs and transport reaching $42,000
I will have fully detailed write-up on both projects which will start together as soon as I get the parts. I have saved the 6.4L hemi which I have for a "bigger" project on a 2008 4doors new wrangler which I will be buying soon
What I need now is help with part # / brands for bolt-on brake upgrades for the front D44 and rear D44 (rubi axles). I can't find any and I know that the SRT8 brakes just don't fit on the JK!

Will you be doing the kit over there on Dubai or shipping the jeep here stateside? and for a lil off topic When I was going through Dubai I loved the Place didn't like so much leaving the airport and going into the humid garage parking but the city is beautiful. When I was there I went on a Desert Safari with a tour guide HELLUVALOTAFUN Heres the pic of me infront of the notajeep truck I was in
and talk about beautiful sunsets after a day of wheeling. I had a wonderful expierence there and plan on going back sometime in the future.
