very tough looking bumper. I really like it, I have the warn bumper with a powerplant and I would recomend it to anyone who is considering what to buy.

Looks good!

No it does not come with the (4) light tabs but MORE just added them on for me for $30. I order the bumper straight from MORE and so it was built for me and I just gave them the dimension that I needed for the tabs. It is a GREAT bumper and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
