4 Door all the way. I've had 3 other 2 door Jeeps and you gain a lot and sacrifice almost nothing.
And they look cool too!

The extra wheelbase on the 4 door, helps climbing and also smooths out the ride

Life style brother. Kids, dog, and gear take space. Ether way it's a jeep wrangler, nothing like them! 2 door or 4, best vehicle ever!

I love my 2 door. It's a toy though, if I drove it daily I would get a 4 door.

I agree with everyone above. I had a 2 door JK(my first) and loved every second of it.. But after a while I got tired of trying to get my daughter in the back seat and it being short on trunk space. Sold the 2 door, got a little misty-eyed, and got a black jku. I love the fact we could load me, my wife and 4 year old up and stuff the jeep fill of things for a week at the beach. I don't really look back on having the 2 door. You're the only one to answer tho--it's a lifestyle thing. Either way, you're in great shape...it's still a jeep!!

"Settle" on a 2 dr...??? What a crock. I have NEVER regretted getting a 2 dr. It's my dd and I still don't regret it....NEVER even considered a 4dr, just like I never considered a hardtop. I've just never cared for the 4 door "look". I think they look strange unless heavily modified. To me the 2 door looks the best right off the showroom floor.

Real jeeps have 2 doors and soft tops...!!!
