Hard Lined Tranny Cooler on/ Thanks RedneckJeep
After I ran across the writeup RedneckJeep posted on hard lining a tranny cooler here: https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/jk-write-ups-39/trans-cooler-hard-line-install-58529/
I decided to tackle the same job. I used a shorter cooler so I didn't need to run the extra loop, I also ran the return line from the cooler across the top and back behind the radiator. Any thing that could go wrong went wrong but it should be worth the trouble. I highly recommend his writeup if looking at a cooler, I never bent or flared tubing before and used three 5' sticks before I was done but overall if was a great project.
