Been looking on line for 1/2 doors for my 4 door 08 JK. Called the dealership and they cannot order 1/2 doors but can order all the parts and build them for around $7K. I did find 1 place online that sells them but they want $3K and you still need to paint them.

Anyone have any ideas on other places that build/sell them? Im in the Michigan area. Thanks.

Supposedly Chrysler has plans to release them as an accessory.. they have been talking baout it since the JK came out. who knows if it will ever happen

is that $7,000.00 for 1/2 doors.. WTF thats crazy.. Why so much.

Personally I don't see what the hype is about. I had them on an old TJ... went to full doors much nicer. For halfs I would get som soft halfs and call it a day.... even better NO DAMN DOORS!

Incredibly if you look at any of the online OEM parts sellers the FULL door shells retail for $679 and the HALF door shells retail for $907 .... crazy ...

I think they will be out by next month.. Thats what I heard.. so maybe wait until June to see if that's true or not.. at least that's what i'm doing

I was told they's be available 3-4 months after I got my Jeep... That was Sept. '06 .
