Looks nice!!! But you didn't say what the mesh is? I can't tell for sure but it looks like mortar mesh? If it is, I had the same idea awhile back. I was wondering how to attach it.
Good job...!!!

Actually, all is, is- 7 pieces of the Gutter Guard stuff. The sheets from Home Depot came in 6"x3' sheets, and so I just cut them up. I then used 1"x1" zip tie blocks (found over in electrical at Home Depot) and then used small zip ties and just wrapped it all in. About an hour or so , little more- Lemme know if you have any questions!
I was worried about the air to the radiator as well, but then looked at exactly what I did- but the "professional version" for $289.99 and it is almost exactly the same size holes- so cant be an issue!

Ya Know, I thought the same thing when I read about this mod...
and for sure skipped this page in Quadratec, but,
The more I see how bent up the fins are on the A/C condensor, and how crappy it looks in there, the more I like this cheap mod.
I've got a roll of black plasic gutter guard already......
I'm gonna try it...If it looks like hell, then no big deal.
