yep, i would double check how the tires are mounted. the one in the pic you show mounted appears to be mounted with the part that should be outside turned to the inside.

Ya'll are correct, one of our SLC tech's in training mounted 2 of the tires backwards before the Lead tech caught him. It's all part of learning and training, now he has to unmount 2 37" tires, re-mount them and re-balance them

Sometimes you learn more from a mistake than by doing it right. I'm sure now he'll have a bit more attention to detail.
