JK Show & Tell Whether they're just poser shots in your driveway or hardcore action shots on the trail, if you've got photos or videos of your Jeep JK Wrangler (or any JK for that matter that you think is worth showing off, inside or out), we want to see them so please post them here! Likewise, if you are wanting to see a photo of something specific like an aftermarket JK part or poser shot with a specific setup, this is the place to ask for it.

Is your jeep an auto or manual? How does the power feel compared to stock? Thanks.

It is an automatic. Around town I don't notice a difference at all in the performance. At highway speed there is a noticable drop in power around 60 mph. It just has to work harder to maintain it's speed. I got the tires from a friend who runs a small tire shop in Dunlap, TN. He has great prices because he has no overhead and has been in business for a long time, but he doesn't do shipping. All prices unclude mounting and balancing.

I have seen prices for about 280-290 per mounted and balanced. That would be a 500 savings...only 2 1/2 hours each way drive. Could you pass along a phone number to this place?

(423) 949-3831. Ask for Barry (He is off today though). If you are going to go with the Hankooks, the 315/70-17 is significantly less expensive than the 35x12.50-17, although they are only .2" smaller. The 315 is an 8-ply, the 35 is 10-ply. He will probably have to call for prices, but he can get just about any tire you want within 2 days.
