This looks like a jeep win!! The chev is totaled and the jeep looks fine.

THIS TIME, the new guy believes that there is frame damage and is most likely a total loss. So the shop will be putting the jeep on a jig and having some laser frame thingy give out some sort of reading???...

I spoke to the service manager, and he seemed very upset that the adjuster had came out and wanted to do an estimate. He (service manager) told me that he was in the middle of doing his supplements when the adjuster showed up. I feel like the service manager doesn't want to put the jeep on the jig, because he was saying how its a half day procedure...blah blah blah. And that he doesn't think there is frame damage.

But I can even see that the entire rear axle has been shoved in on the side of impact and is coming out the other side. The adjuster said that there a bunch of bolts on the right side that are all completely crooked and said the frame damage is in a "diamond shape", not entirely sure what that means.

Then the service manager went on to tell me not to get in touch with the adjuster and to just speak to him as the middle man. I didn't like that comment at all and it raises a few red flags for me.

Do you think the service manager is trying to screw me over so he can make some money out of this?
screw that deal with your insurance guy NOT the service manager

That doesn't make sense if he doesn't want to do the work. He makes no on the hours if he doesn't do them. Sounds like he's just lazy and doesn't want to do it.
