Got Rear Ended Today

Ouch!! Glad you are okay, where in Huntington beach did you get rear ended at? My buddy lives off main street. When we are over their place and walk around I always see people on their cell phones or not paying attention to the road when they are on main street. I almost got it twice trying to cross the street.

I can feel your pain..similar thing happened to me. I was behind slow traffic maybe going 30-35 and a lady hit me traveling 70+ while playing on her cell phone. The impact was so hard the unibody of her car was impaled by my tow hook and the two had to be ripped apart. Nearly $10,000 in damage. All is well now, and did get an aftermarket bumper out of it. Glad you're OK

You are right Sporticon that's exactly where it was. When I saw she wasn't stopping I almost jumped into the fast track lane but there was traffic at the time. So I just shouted for my passenger to hold on and we had to just take it.

I got rear ended this winter. I was at a dead stop turning left off of a highway when a guy doing 40mph hit me. Totalled my rear cross member and rear bumper. Now there is a nice atlas rear bumper on there. His car was totalled.
These jeeps take hits well. Hope they fix you up and dont find any major problems.

The other driver was at fault so her insurance company had to pay. I had it towed to the body shop of my choice...talked to them and told them not to put the crappy plastic bumper back on there. The body shop got paid for the factory bumper and simply cut me a check for that amount.
