Hit 308 miles. 308 is my what a M14 rifle shoots (one of the best rifles ever made!)

Different strokes for different folks

Glad your Jeep experience is truly yours.

Not many people would go to those measures with a 35k Jeep!

I will/have done all of the above except lowering the windshield... That will NEVER happen on mine.

Chevy, you are so right! You only live once, and while you're living, you might as well have all kinds of fun while at it. I for one had the carpet out of my 01 TJ 60th Anniversary model and have had the carpet out of my 07 4 door JK Sahara. So much easier to clean it out, and besides, if you ever trade it in on another "JEEP", you throw the carpet back in and it looks brand new again. As for the one post I read on the first page about mold and mildew smell-if the carpet is out you don't get mold and mildew. Seats have enough area around them that they get air almost always, so they'll dry out quick. It's a JEEP, it's built and meant to be taken advantage of, both on and off road. In the end, it all comes down to our great country and the American way of Life, and the Freedom that thousands of men and women have given their lives for, so this guy can do whatever the heck he wants to do with 'His Jeep'! Rock on Chevy and I love the JEEP'S.

Keep posting up. I enjoy these pictures. This thread should be made a sticky to let people see the definition of a true jeeper.

AWESOME Thread! I love it. CONGRATS on your new 09 JK Rubi.

I haven't lowered my windshield yet, b/c it is not legal on TX highways.
