the law (in new york anyway) is you have to have a windsheld, but it dos not say where it has to be so if it on you hood, you still have a windsheld.

I heard the 09 had a change to the header panel where it meets the windshield???

Hey, cool thread! I'll look for your cold, freezing butt in the snow tonight!

Oh, and just FYI, some of us who use the JK as their DD'er (and wear a suit to work) drive with doors on and hard top in place (makes for better Uconnect conversations) during the week. But come the weekend, my Rubi doesn't just crawl the malls for sure!!!

But I do agree, it's a strange bird that buys a Rubi and doesn't even know what it can do! ("Locker? Disco's? duh, i dunno, but it kinda looks like a Hummer, don't it?")

would not be the first time I got snowed on.
BTW I now have over 8,000 doorless miles on my Jeep now. as of today (2-19-09) I have 168 days with out the doors. I even took two trips to PA with out the doors! one of them it was only about 25F most of the way!
