Got the 35's
Rolling in to 4 Wheel Parts in West Palm Beach...
Time to go try them out...
Trimmed the pinch seam last night. Looks like plenty of clearance...
I put Spidertrax 1.5" spacers on yesterday and the only rub is a very slight one at the air dam at full lock. Looks like trimming about 1/2" will do the trick.
They look smaller than I thought they would. I guess it's that guy with the 37's that keeps parking next to me. Maybe 37's are in the future but I'm looking forward to getting these off the pavement and see how they work.
So far the horror stories of 35's and 3.73's with the auto seem to be over blown a bit. Driving is not that much different than it was with the stock tires. Keeping in mind that I live in flat country. I could certainly understand that those living in the hills would have more issues. I think I'll just pick up the Flash Pak and save the gear money for now. We'll see what happens to MPG and reflect on that a little more over the next couple months.
