Gas! Seriously though, depends on what you have and how you use your rig. I'm all for recovery and safety gear. Put it towards a winch and the associated gear or a CB.

Really it depends on what each individual has planned and what they want to do with their jeep. So hard to say. So many cool options out there.
You aren't far off from a killer set of aftermarket headlights. They'll get used everytime you drive your jeep at night and increase safety since you'll be able to see better. If you plan to wheel, rock rails are always a great buy.
I would just cut your factory flares for an aftermarket look.
