Going to Start Prepping for 37's
Yeah, so ive pretty much decided its time to start saving up to upgrade from my 35's.
On a 2dr X Ive currently got a teraflex 2.5" lift with 35's on stock rims and 1.5" wheel spacers. Ive already got a new tire carrier so thats not a problem
Heres what I plan to do.
-Upgrade to 5:13's front and back
-New front driveshaft
-Beef up the front Dana 30 with c-gussets and chromoly axle shafts
-The 37's (still deciding which ones
The question I have is what lift to go with. Im planning on a teraflex long arm but dont know whether to go with a 3" or 4". I like that actual height of the jeeps Ive seen running the 3" lift better but dont know if a 37 will fit without rubbing. Any input on this, or anything else I may have missed, would be greatly appreciated.

fenders, air dam if you still have it, possibly the backside of the stock bumper....the rest would depend on offset/backspacing.

d30 running 5.13s and 37s, might want to rethink your think. a 4.88 ratio may be less abusive, but either way, the d30 needs a lot of reinforcement to work with 37s if you plan to wheel. I'm talking gussets, inner and outer sleeves at the very least. And don't really plan on a locker at any point with 5.13s and 37s.
I plan on eventually running 37s, but not until i wear out my 35s...and get 4.88s, diff covers, C gussets, inner and outer sleeves, a Super 30 kit which upgrades the 27 spline to 30 spline, and an ARB locker... Should be good for what I do...I'm still debating whether or not I want the lockers or not
