Just relating my experience to your situation. It seems like Jeep dealers don't want to do anything for anyone once you've changed the tires on it. Good luck.

UPDATE!
So removed front drive shaft today to give it a shot
I thought the vibration was coming from the rear, Turns out it WAS the busted u joint thing in the front axle. The jeeps runs perfect now. Good thing i have a spare drive shaft =D
Also i installed my Fox 2.0 Steering stabilizer... (Beast) =D
and i got longer rear end links. So all the problems should be fixed. just need to swap out the front shafts now.
