About 45 man hours. No beer until I was done for the day. I did clean up a couple times with a beer or two or three. I could do it quicker now.

i had the same issues on the golden crack in moab, it was making noise and hard to turn..

No issues now I suppose its a matter of time before something blows apart.

At first I thought it was just over heating. The trans temp was getting to 185 and it's almost always 150 to 160. I drove through the pond, cooled down the trans but did not help the steering. There is a cooler on it. I'll just change it out and just chalk it up to a bad pump.

New pump went on this afternoon and except for the mess I made all is right in my world again. Now I need to work more overtime to buy bigger tires to justify a whole PCS setup.
