1- you don't have to relocate the lic. Plate its the light p.ate that's shorter by 3/4" only. I keep them standard size because of rear back up light options later....always looking for a upgrade or keep options open for people to be modular and not stuck.
I'll post some pics of my past 2 rigs with them and different light configurations.
Everything I have is modified so I'll try and get a pic of it on a stock setup.

Larger lights are $40 more total
Price in these is complete ready to go lights etc......hardware.
There is minimal trimming,(6) 1/4" holes and tap your wires on old brake light connector .
Kit has a template for trimming, and instructions.
On a scale of 1-5 5 being hardest its a 1-1.5
