NJ Beach driving
Nope...def can drive on the beach in Jersey. Do a search online. I stumbled across one last summer down the Shore. Pleasant Island State Park.
You have to have a bunch of "kit", and look like you are going fishing.

Fire Ext
Tow Strap
Tow Points
I think that is it..oh yeah. You have to get a permit; you can choose the daily: $50 ish
Or the annual $150 ish
Its a great beach...it is about 20 miles of straight beach
and is fairly empty
