First Sunny Day... First Compliment
Yesterday was the first sunny day since I bought the Jeep. Nothing like the Pacific Northwest for dark skies and rain! Anyhow, I also got my first compliment. A fellow Jeepster stopped and was staring and said how much he loved the color.
Said that he owned one back in the early 90's. I bet he goes to a dealer within a month!

both of our jeeps are sitting in the garage, waiting for the cold to go away.
Since we not have an unlimited for a second DD, I think the Rubi will have some significant time with doors missing this summer.
I see that mopar has some real nice tube doors available. So I need to find out who makes them as the theat would be a lower cost option than ordering from mopar.
Looking forward to a fun summer.

It was nice and warm here in en cal for last week and last night it decided to start raining again. Looks like its gonna be rainy for a bit. I seriously can't wait to have some nice 70+ weather so I can commute topless and doorless.

Oregon roads are like the mountain roads of the Sierra's. That is why a Rubicon as a daily driver is almost required.
No salt problems out here though. Just road grime that never goes away.
Maybe if we actually paved our roads. Instead they just patch a few places here and there and call it a day.
In Oregon, the MT stands for Mountain Terrain, not Mud Terrain!
