Default First Mod
Hey all I finally decided on tires. I found a guy on craigslist through a friend at work who sold me a set of 5 Kelly Safari Trex 265/70 16 tires. He ordered them and never used them cause they did not fit his dogge truck. His loss my gain. I got them for under 200 dollars installed on my stock steel rims. All I have to say is wow what a difference the 265 size makes in comparison to the 225 goodyear st. I know the Kelly tires are not ultra aggressive but they are aggressive enough to mkae it look like a jeep. I am very happy with my purchase and I will post some before and after pics. All I have to say is the jeep bug has bitten me too.

You will all get pics this weekend. My fiancee thinks I am crazy already because before I bought the new tires I spend endless hours looking for them on here, other forums, and craigslist. It was like an addiction to se who pm me back about their for sale stuff lol.

I am chill today and feel relief that I finally got the tires, see I timed it with the same day she found a wedding dress, good call no fight.

I do want fog lights and maybe tow hooks next but those are easier to find and ship.

They look good man! The bigger size and tread gives your Jeep a more intimidating look!
