If you're like me and don't want rain in your baby, keep your eye on the weather forecast from different sources like a hawk. For me 10%+ means it's on. Especially with Texas's weather.

I took my factory mats out long ago. The rears will blow out at high way speeds or if there is a good cross wind. Been doorless since march and in the fl summer it's perfect. As long as I am moving in the rain it doesn't get that wet. There wouldn't be drain plugs in it if Chrysler wanted us to keep our jeeps dry haha.

Finally did mine too - now I need a cover so that I can leave them off and not worry about the rain!!

Rain is no big deal. Pull the carpets and the drain plugs. I live in NY and haven't had my top or doors on in weeks. Couple of storms, but water doesn't scare me. Might rain today.
On a side note: Had a soccer mom driving a Rubi yesterday that asked why anyone would ever remove the doors from their Jeep. I laughed and told her maybe she'd be more comfortable in a Hummer. It's a Jeep thing.

Thanks for the info. Do you have any electrical issues with water getting into the dash, etc? And, do you run seat covers?
