They are the Rugged Ridge relocator brackets. they also come with flat round metal plates to put in your doors where the mirrors were. They are great with the doors off, and you only lose a little viewing area on passenger mirror when the doors are on.

You have fins for where your hood nipples are supposed to be.
How many horsepower does that add?

well, after i yanked my ugly stock bumpstops on my spare (they were nowhere near touching the spare),
I moved the windshield stops to my tailgate to keep water out of the tailgate & to maintain a neater appearance than the originals.
In honor of my interest in the study of sharks, and as I have no plans of dropping my shield, I opted to install the fins on the hood.
Reception of the fins has been 50/50 between ppl liking them and not really having an opinion about them, but Im sure now that I have pics on here, I will get negative feedback as well.

I think the fins are great. Probably increase your mpg, too.

Are those fins where the round bump stop were ? pretty cool ,I don't think I will ever take down my wind shield . if you can please post a pick of them.
