I've had my Smittybilt front bumper on my 08 Jeep and then I moved it over to the new 2011. Lots of scratches and rock chips so I decided to take it off, get it sand blasted, and re-powder coat it. I had everything for my grill mod except the tie strap mounts and sand paper which cost me less that $10! Shout out to JeepFrog707. I used his thread to get most of the idea for mine. Tell me what you think and if you have any questions I'd be more than happy to answer them for you!

What is the product name of the screen you used? It looks real good! I also noticed you kept it as one sheet of screen instead of cutting it into separate strips. Do you think that will work better?
Either way it looks great!

I'm not sure what the material was called. It was a piece of scrap metal at my job. I got the guys to prime it and paint it.
I've thought about painting the letters black. I'm not sure yet though because the chrome matches the Rubicon letters and my lights. I also like the emphasis that it is a jeep and that people can see it!
