I went with Trail Mods removable flares, and got a good deal from a guy on another forum from a company that I'm not sure is approved on this forum......anyway I like them because I can remove the outer portion for wheeling, and put the outer portion back on for the highway-and they cover my 35s on 17x8s fully. Only issue I have with them is that they are a bit flimsy on the front, and the plastic mounting retainers (forget the terminology) broke at a rate of about 60% during install. (it was NOT cold during install) ive been told that Trail Mods would send me more free of charge by the vendor but have yet to give them a call. 35s flex fully with 2.5" lift when outer flares are removed. Here's some pics, enjoy.

Those nemesis guys build some awesome looking stuff. The jk's outside are beastly.

Thanks guys! We are extremely proud of them. Here's a video of some recent abuse testing in Moab:

Cool vid, off topic but this vid makes me want those rails. I'm torn on modding my rubi rails or just buying a new set.

I love my Poison Spyder crusher flares. Got the aluminum ones. They are rock solid!

Has anybody cut their fenders and left the inside fender well on while doing do? I have seen it done both ways now and I am thinking of just leaving the insides on while cutting.

Could you post some more pics of your rig with the flares off. Just flat ground or whatever you have. I really like these but can't make up my mind on pulling the trigger. Thanks!
