Extended Thule bike rack
Everyone who has a Thule T2 (519XTR) hitch rack knows that it won't fit with the spare tire. Rather than get an extender hitch I got a 2ft piece of 2x2 square steel, measured carefully, drilled some holes, had my local auto mechanic weld a nut on the inside (for anti wobble pin), gave it some spray paint, and transferred all the hardware over. Now I have a longer rack with no wobble, holds 2 bikes, and folds up!
