I solved the brake light dilemma awhile back with a quick visit to ebay. Its a simple stick on brake light that I put on the back window right above the rear wiper.
It was $12, if you want to check it out it is ebay Item number: 360140967404.
I added a few images of the brake light to the gallery below.

Great bumper. It looks really stout and I like the design of the tire carrier.
I also like your choice in wheels/tires and your third brake light solution. Keep up the good work.
Even on my stock (for now) Rubicon, I hate the stock third brake light. I might buy one of those LED strips for mine. Looks great.

Son of a....
Mine is like 4 months old and has the old style swing arm. I wonder how I'll be able to mount the gerry cans?
EDIT:
I just spoke with Sarah at Exp-One and it looks like the gerry can mounts will be available for your (new) style swing arm before mine (old). That's half of the reason I bought the bumper/tire carrier is to run the gerry cans.

I also have the gen 1 rear and managed to get the high lift mount somehow last year.
The nice thing about E-1's Gerry can is that it can go ANYWHERE. I ratchet strap mine to the spare, or the rollcage whenever I go wheelin.
I'd actually prefer that over a mount- since I only wheel 2-3 times a month (like most wheelers with jobs)

I also have a gen 1 version of this bumper and absolutely love it! It works great and is solid as hell. I have banged on mine quite a bit with no issues. Recently installed the hi-lift mount and it is also very well made.
The new version looks great.
