I've had this bumper for almost 3 years now and haven't had a single issue. I had to make a minor adjustment when I installed my 1" BL. I'm very happy with it.

just got mine on friday. had some time to put it on today. great condition, 100% perfect. couple be happier with the whole setup.
just messing with adjusting the couplers.
anyone know how i can fix this?

without the tire on there it closes perfect. I know i need to adjust it obviously. but how? shorten, lengthen?
i messed with those couplers for like an hour, or more, and i guess im stupid, but i cant seem to get it right.
