Btw, your skins look nicer than mine. I wish they would have mentioned that design when I ordered mine. I really wanted the rear tube fender ones, but didn't have the extra $500 at the time. Were yours extra over the standard ones?

Thanks I saw another member with just the skins and liked them so asked about them. And I wanted the Evo carrier so I had to order them both. I haven't seen anyone else with it like this. And which standard ones are you talking about.

Love the gecko, its the new loud yellow Jeep. Those are by farmyard favorite wheel. Any issues with them. I read Eddie mentioned he used to run them, but sticks and stuff would get caught in the star pattern . I still like them the

They will grab sticks and such, but haven't had any problems thus far. I like them. They are the exact same wheel as the ATX Slabs. I could order the slab rings if I ever wanted to get rid of these bigger rings and they would fit perfectly. I like having a more unique wheel, now that EVERYONE runs slabs. The bolts started to rust a bit over the winter with all the salt in Illinois, so I may need to order up new bolts, but that's not a big deal. I could get them cheap through Fastenal.

It just looks meant to be. Like it was a special order that turned out to sell well.
Duh! They are a fabrication shop, I'm sure I could have asked for a purple dinosaur one, as long as I forked over more cash.

Those spyder locks are by far my favorite wheel. I've thought about two years now, I plan to make that my next big move wheel upgrade.
I've read other guys running them experienced sticks getting stuck in them and bending the rings. Have you run in to that.

Just a tip (and suggestion for EVO MFG) - the holes in the johnny joints are actually sized for 9/16 inch bolts, not 1/2 inch, so I recommend going to your local hardware store and buying two 9/16" bolts (in the same length as the 1/2" bolts supplied by EVO) and using those on the passenger side. This reduces movement in the carrier, as well as that little "drop" when swinging it open.
