Will there be any clearance issues if you install a full bumper? Because I'm not a big fan of the EVO Mfg Rear Bolt On D-Ring Mounts.

No, you can install any base bumper with the carrier

I have seen them. They still look really good with a 35 on there. I can't remember what thread the pics were on.

It looks ok with 35's, Better with 37's and Up
