Default Euro Diesel JK vid on youtube..

Saw this today, kinda interesting seeing the changes vs. the US version.

Most notably the front and rear bumpers. There are no front tow hooks and the fog lights are very outboard almost on the edges. The license plate is centered below the tailgate (no hitch is visible however) and the rear bumper has red marker lights on the edges, this could be a great place to convert to backup lights (if you kept your stock bumper).

2.8L 4 cylinder Diesel Right hand drive. Didn't do the math on the power conversion to HP, but they liked the Mileage at 10.9L per 100Km.

what confuses me is the rubicon is the only model to get the 3.8L gas engine overseas. As if its better or something.

Its the australian model. They dont offer the CRD rubicon here due to the small market size but you can get a CRD rubi in europe. The rear locker and swaybars on the rubi can optioned on our CRD sport in oz. check out www.ozjeepoffroad.com.au for the aussie jeep forum. there is a good JK section

Not true for the middle east. All JK's are 3.8's.
